It always feels like there’s an endless list of things to do, but I’ve been handling the things that distract me one step at a time:

  1. Daily life tasks
  2. Overtime work or extra learning for my job

These two things have been taking up almost all of my free time, but I’m slowly starting to feel the burden easing up.

Persistence and willpower can sometimes backfire. It’s more important to take a step back, observe yourself objectively, and reflect and adjust your behavior. Easier said than done, but in any case—believe in yourself.
