Since engineer's work requires a lot of brainpower and staring at a screen, there’s not much physical exertion, but I still find myself getting sleepy easily. It might be due to irregular sleep patterns, but when I’m really tired after work, it’s hard to even stay awake until bedtime.
I finally went out for a dinner gathering today, and having some timely conversations and catching up with people actually helped me feel a bit better both mentally and physically.
Changing jobs really takes a lot of time, and with limited time, having enough physical energy and focus is essential—which is exactly what I’m lacking right now. Adjusting my sleep, diet, exercise, and work pace are all key factors.
