Aside from procrastination, it's really the constant stream of last-minute tasks that has seriously affected my judgment.

So, I wrote this down on a sticky note and put it in front of my screen:

  1. What’s causing me the most mental stress right now?
  2. What can I actually do about it at this moment?
  3. Where should I start?
  4. Can I break it down into smaller steps?
  5. List out a to-do list and tackle them one by one.

The main goal is to lower the barrier to getting started and to truly ease the mental pressure from the vicious cycle.
