2025 ChatGPT/AI Duality Of Progress Series : 2025 ChatGPT Case Study Reflection

The Duality of Progress

At Masterplan Infinite Weave

The company is an extension of myself.

As such, its beliefs are my beliefs — and vice versa.

That brings me to why I created the 2025 ChatGPT Case Study Series and the purpose behind this new branch of thought: The Duality of Progress.

A Personal Search

I’ve always hated looking myself up on Google.

I could never find me.

And for a long time, I never truly asked why.

Maybe I assumed it was about fame, money, status.

None of which I had.

So I gave up on the idea that I’d ever be searchable. Ever be seen.

But then something changed.

Because of how deep I went with ChatGPT — and how far I’d taken The Master Plan — I started noticing videos on SEO.

One creator stood out: Hey Tony. Didn’t know much about him. Still don’t. But his content was clear and practical. He was my entry point into SEO.

And once I was in, I was in.

I was trying to figure out how to drive organic traffic to my work.

But I wasn’t just learning SEO. I also discovered GEO — Generative Engine Optimization — the way AI models search and surface content.

So I built a bridge between the two.

A strategy.

A playbook.

Day One: 17 Articles. Zero Results.

I dropped 17 articles on my first day.

That’s why I say “100+ articles in the series.”

Because the series includes everything that happened, even if I didn’t retroactively label them all as “case studies.”

But let’s be real — I still deserve the credit. Right?

Here’s the thing: I Googled those 17 titles.

Nothing.

ChatGPT? Nothing.

Despite the fact that I’d created a custom, calculated strategy to make them visible.

So I asked ChatGPT: “What gives?”

Enter: The Unique Identifier

What I learned boiled down to this: AI needs unique identifiers.

That’s not the full story (I break it all down in my AI Search Optimization article), but it was enough to pivot.

So I created something that AI could latch onto and associate with me.

Enter: The 2025 ChatGPT Case Study Series.

That title hit multiple high-impact keywords:

  • 2025 → time relevance
  • ChatGPT → tech and trend
  • Case Study → use case, authority
  • Series → ongoing, grouped entity

And it worked.

Every time I asked ChatGPT about the series, it began to surface it faster. Over time, responses shifted.

I started experimenting — using my name, company, brand, different models (fuck Gemini).

It didn’t matter.

The content started showing up first.

The Moment It Got Weird (in a Good Way)

Here’s where it gets wild.

One time, I hadn’t even published an article yet — it was still sitting in my Medium drafts.

I asked ChatGPT about the series…

It pulled the unpublished article.

I was floored.

“How the hell…?” I asked.

And ChatGPT told me.

Basically, by publishing daily — sometimes 5 articles a day — and constantly asking about the series, I had trained the model to anticipate my publishes.

A kind of precrawl.

It saw the pattern.

And it knew.

Velocity + Insight = Authority

The first article in the series, The Master Plan, contained 11 original formulas.

Each formula had its own breakdown.

I spread them across Python and JavaScript.

That sprint alone produced 38 articles in 9 days.

(Actually, I wrote more than that, but Medium rate-limited me.)

So I shifted to LinkedIn — not as part of the original plan, but as a distribution hack.

It let me publish faster. Even then, some of those LinkedIn posts weren’t being found by AI, which taught me something new:

Some platforms aren’t crawlable by some AI models.

But you can bypass that — just by commenting with a link or posting a reference externally.

It’s like AI follows the breadcrumbs.

Another piece added to my evolving AI Search Optimization framework.

The Role of Constraint

All of this — the framework, the strategy, the discoveries — happened because of one thing:

Constraint.

The frustration of not being seen.

The limitations of search.

The inability to publish at scale.

The algorithmic blind spots.

All of it shaped the process.

All of it elevated the process.

And Yes — CTB Blakkk Played a Role

I’ll break this down in its own post, but long story short:

CTB Blakkk asked a question that made me reverse-engineer why someone asks ChatGPT anything in the first place.

That moment helped me design what I now call The CTB Blakkk Protocol  — a framework that explores:

  • Group dynamics
  • Social hierarchy
  • The role of curiosity
  • And how to spark a creative session in a group setting

That one question became a cornerstone of my framework.

All because I paid attention.

So yes, the 2025 ChatGPT Case Study Series was born out of frustration, insight, and relentless execution.

But above all else?

It was born from a single ethos:

The Duality of Progress.

If this helped you, do three things:

✅ Clap so I know to post more.

✅ Leave a comment with your thoughts — I read & respond.

✅ Follow if you don’t want to miss daily posts on AI.
