Artificial Intelligence has officially leveled up. We've gone from passive language models that answer questions to Agentic AI — autonomous systems that can perceive, plan, decide, and act. These aren't just tools; they’re digital entities with goals and the ability to pursue them.
Sounds futuristic? It’s already happening.
Open-source frameworks like Auto-GPT, BabyAGI, and tools like OpenAI’s GPT agents or LangGraph have given birth to AIs that act without human micromanagement. These agents are writing code, managing tasks, making purchases, and even hiring freelancers — all with minimal human input.
But here’s the question nobody can ignore:
Are agentic AIs actually safe? Or are we fast-tracking ourselves into a new kind of digital chaos?
