Hi, I'm Surinder, and this is my story of resilience, transformation, and getting back on track.
Years ago, I weighed 100 kg. I remember the sluggish mornings, the clothes that didn’t fit, and the mirror that didn’t reflect how I felt inside.
But something clicked. I committed. I trained. I watched my diet, my mindset, and my habits. And I transformed—not just physically, but mentally too. I went from 100 kg to 80 kg.
The gym became my sanctuary. Each drop of sweat told a story of persistence. Each set pushed my limits. That version of me was focused, determined, and alive.
But life happened. Work, responsibilities, maybe a few excuses. Slowly, I started slipping back into old patterns. I lost touch with the version of myself that once felt unstoppable.
And today, as I look at my old pictures—one where I stood strong in the gym.
This blog is my declaration.
I'm ready to live that journey again. Only this time, I’m documenting every step—from the struggles and setbacks to the milestones and breakthroughs.
