Go to portal.azure.com
Click on 'instances',
Click on 'Networking' on the left pane, then 'load balancing'
With the IP address, its possible to connect the VM one after the other for proper configurations
Go to 'availability + scaling option' on the left pane
Copy the load balancer fronted IP address and run a command using the public key
the linux is running as shown below
it is connected to the entire vmss not one of the instances
To run upgrade, type 'sudo apt upgrade'
For installation, type 'sudo apt install'
Copy the fronted load balancer IP address to the browser and press enter key
