I’d love to share my app with you:

It’s called Ippodake — a habit-tracking app designed to help you stay consistent by starting with small, manageable goals. As you stick to your habit, the required time gradually increases. If you skip a day, the app slightly reduces the time, making it easier to get back on track.

While it’s not exactly like Solo Leveling, the experience is similar in the sense that the system helps you grow steadily over time — like leveling up in a game.
It's still a work in progress but it's useable
