What You'll Bring
- 3-4 years of proven experience in React development;
- Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities;
- Excellent organizational, management, and communication skills to lead projects and collaborate with the IT team;
- The ability to understand customer needs and devise effective solutions to meet them;
- Fintech experience is preferred;
- Adaptability to handle fast-changing projects and prioritize pragmatic solutions over endless refinement;
- high availability and travel flexibility;
- Fast executor, avoiding unnecessary frameworks and bloat;
- Team player who communicates effectively and proactively drives results;
- Adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic environment with oral specifications and shifting priorities;
- Capable of translating Figma designs into clean, functional code;
- Experience with mobile applications using React Native;
- Startup mindset.
