"Code is poetry, written with purpose."
— This line isn’t just my GitHub bio; it’s my way of life.
The Beginning: Of Chai, Curiosity & Chaos
It all began in a quiet corner of Bengal, with a cup of cha and an old laptop that wheezed like it needed CPR. Between schoolbooks and board exams, I found myself more fascinated by the logic of loops than the loops in my chemistry syllabus.
And while my friends debated football scores, I was busy debugging why my for loop
wouldn’t stop printing "Hello World" 1000 times.
That’s when it hit me — this was more than just a hobby.
It was my way of thinking, expressing, and eventually, dreaming.
Falling for Code: The Logical Romance
I didn’t fall for code like a thunderclap.
It was more like slow jazz.
First Python, then SQL, then web development. Every “hello world” felt like an introduction to a new universe.
Projects became my playground:
- A weather app that actually worked (on good days).
- A mini data dashboard powered by Python and Pandas.
- A photo portfolio site that now holds memories of places I’ve traveled.
Each mini-project taught me not just code, but how to think — and more importantly, how to Google better :)
Why BCA (Hons.)? Why Now?
The answer is simple: I want to dive deeper.
Not just skim tutorials or copy-paste code but build, break, and understand.
Choosing a 4-year BCA (Hons.) felt like committing to a long-term relationship with tech.
And yes, we’re still in the honeymoon phase.
My Exploration Map: Data, Cloud, Blockchain
Choosing a specialization was like picking a favorite from a buffet — everything looked delicious.
But here’s what’s cooking in my brain:
- Data Analytics: Numbers don’t lie, and patterns tell stories.
- Cloud Computing: Because scaling your ideas shouldn't need a supercomputer.
- Blockchain Tech: The future of trust, decentralization, and maybe my final year capstone.
What I’m Building (and Breaking)
"Build in public" — they say. So here I go:
- [] GitHub Portfolio with clean code and cool mini-projects (still enhancing and to be made public)
- [ ] Launching a LinkedIn-ready BCA roadmap (stay tuned!)
- [ ] Contributing to open-source by semester 4
- [ ] Creating my own productivity + code tools
- [x] Started writing dev blogs (like this!)
Beyond Tech: The Other Side of Me
When I’m not debugging code, I’m probably:
- Capturing sunsets and street food
- Writing Bengali shayari that I never publish
- Dreaming of a travel blog + dev vlog someday
Final Thoughts: Why I Blog
I’m not a tech guru (yet), and I don’t have 10 years of experience.
But what I do have is a spark. A hunger to learn.
And a love for telling stories — in code and in words.
If you’ve made it this far, maybe you’re like me — curious, a little chaotic, and passionate about building things.
Let’s connect. Let’s grow.
And maybe, let’s share a cup of cha while debugging life.
