After trying out Manus, Genspark, and Flowith, I've made a concerning discovery about how these platforms handle credit consumption. The most frustrating aspect is the complete lack of transparency regarding how many credits each query consumes.
Take Genspark, for example. I purchased a membership with 10,000 credits, but after just 10 questions, my credits were completely depleted. Even more frustrating, three of those queries failed to generate responses, yet the platform still deducted credits without refunding them. As a monthly subscriber, I expected to use the service longer.
This "black box" approach to credit consumption creates significant user uncertainty. Without knowing how many credits each interaction will cost, it's impossible to budget effectively or understand the true value of your subscription.
I'm curious to hear from other users:
How frequently do you use these Multi-Agent products?
What are your thoughts on this lack of transparency in credit consumption?
