We navigated to the User Admin tab and selected the option to create a new user.

The role should be configured as "AD PowerShell Managed System." Roles are crucial in OpenIAM as it operates on a role-based system, and without assigning roles, users cannot be provisioned.
"Active Directory Members" is a specific role that was set up previously, as indicated in the context of the picture mentioned.
